CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION

Providing Owner Representation for the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) as they plan the implementation of Audio-Visual Information Technology (AVIT) for conference room, auditorium, and workspace management for CBP facilities in Quantum Park.

Serving as an outside consultant assisting CBP we resolve design questions, assist with the procurement evaluation of the installation contractors, verify that the installation is per the design drawings and project specifications, provide feedback on any value engineering (VE) that can be implemented, and facilitating a complete, operable, robust, and flexible IT and AV system.
