Construction Quality Management
The Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building was constructed in 1992. The building is managed by the Architect of the Capitol Supreme Court Jurisdiction and provides over 600,00 square feet of office space.
This project modernized the building automation system (BAS) from a legacy Capron system to Automated Logic WebCTRL environment. The project included upgrades to controllers, control devices, chilled and hot water valves, and IT network.
The Impact Group provided Quality Control services following the US Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) Construction Quality Management System. In this role, The Impact Group implemented the USACE Three Phases of Control methodology to ensure all work was completed safely and to the customer specifications.
