Served as Construction Manager overseeing an Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) implemented by Ameresco. Verified energy conservation control strategies for the Building Automation System (BAS) for multiple federal government buildings including the Veterans Affairs (VA) Headquarters, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF), and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Building. Verified energy conservation measures (ECMs) were installed per the design and per national code. ECM’s included: lighting, HVAC, controls, windows, electrical, and water.
